BeMultiplied Staff Conference - 2026

What is it?
The annual Field Staff Conference takes place this summer from July 27-30. We will gather in beautiful Colorado Springs to connect with one another, celebrate what God is doing, and be equipped for fruitful ministry together.

Who should attend?
Everyone! It's a Field Staff Conference, so field staff are expected, and all BeMultiplied staff are welcome. (It should be lots of fun!)

What can I expect?

• Times of refreshment from the Word and in worship and prayer.
• Times with our teams and our friends (and our friends on our teams).
• Training and equipping on cultural awareness.
• Some excellent meals.

• An initial fee of $25 per person will be required at the time of registration.
• If you wish to pay this from your MU account, please send an email to [email protected], with or without entering credit card information, and we will manually approve the registration and transfer funds. 
• The remaining $175 will be charged to your MU after the conference.

• The week will begin with an optional dinner on Monday night, starting at 5 pm, with the location announced closer to the Staff Conference.
• Programming will run from 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Thursday, with the conference ending on Thursday at 5pm. Staff are welcome to arrive at Rocky Mountain Calvary Church beginning at 8:30 am. 
• Each day, we will provide light refreshments in the morning and lunch. Monday and Wednesday nights, dinner for all staff will be provided. On Tuesday night, the WM team will be enjoying a dinner together, and other staff are free for the evening. We encourage you to make plans with fellow staff members to spend time together..
